How to lose inches


Whats the fastest way to lose inches and pounds?

I need to lose 20lbs really fast. I can't do any diets you have to pay money for and i can't go to a gym. Limited budget. Thanks.

  1. No carbs, and no sugars. Eat alot of salads with your choice of meat in them and lots of water. Exercise in your own home. Get some handweights to exercise with. Watch Denise (whats her face ) Austin...lol...on TV in the morning for your work out. The weight WILL come off if you stay disiplined.

  3. Here's the deal--get out of the "fast" mindset. Nothing is going to happen fast. It takes time--you have carried 20 extra pounds for awhile. It shouldn't just come off that quickly. 1) Do SOMETHING everything night. I ran for 12 minutes each night and did pilates a few times a week. I lost 50 inches in 3 months. Just keep doing it, even on the days you don't want to. 2) Eat in moderation. You don't need an intensive diet to lose weight. Just watch what you eat. Don't just stop eating your favorite foods--learn that instead of a full cup of ice cream, a few bites is enough. If you take away those favorite foods you'll just want them more and break your "diet" 3) Get a buddy. You don't have to go to a gym if you don't want to, but at least get a buddy to keep you on track. 4) Print out the number you want to get to or the dress you want to fit into. Put it on the wall and strive for THAT number. It will be a constant reminder of your goal. 5) Don't pay attention to the scale everyday. Weigh yourself once or twice a week, not everyday. Don't expect immediate results and don't blame anyone but yourself if you fail. If you do fail, pick yourself back up and start again. 6) Do NOT eat less than 1200 calories a day, and that's pretty mininimal. Not trying to basically starve yourself.

  9. My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days. On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home. The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better! Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results. Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated. Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!
