Can we lose tummy flab only by dieting?
If we eat right diet (low carb+plenty veggies, fruits water+diet at balanced intervals). no exercise. can we lose tummy flab by only diet and no exercise? How long does it take to lose upto 4 inches?

- i lost a good amount of weight on the special k diet. its basicallly just low calorie-- cereal for breakfast and lunch (i'd eat a piece of fruit like a pear with it if i was extra hungry), snack on raw veggies, eat a normal dinner (lose weight faster by eating mostly veggies and lean protein for dinner). dessert was a bag of popcorn, maybe some sugar free jello. basically its a lot harder to lose weight without exercise but it IS possible.
