- The reason why you are not losing weight is because you are gaining muscle!
- muscle wieghs more than fat. You are losing fat, but gainging muscle. good job! hope I helped!
- you are building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat....dont give up....keep on keeping on, and GET-ER-DONE!!!! Much success to you!
- YOUR LOOSING FAT AND GAINING MUSCLE. MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THEN FAT THAT EXPLAINS WHY U ARE LOOSING INCHES BUT NO WEIGHT. HOPE THAT HELPS ANSWER SOME. ALSO AS LONG AS YOU FEEL GOOD AND FIND YOURSELF FITTING IN CLOT SE BETTER DON'T WORRY ABOUT IF YOUR LOOSING WEIGHT SO MUCH FEELING HEALTHIER IS MORE IMPORTANT
- because muscle is more compact than fat, and it also weighs more than fat. You are building muscle and it shows because you are losing inches. Given time, once your fat reserves have been decreased enough, you will lose total body weight as well as inches.
- Fat takes up more space, but muscle weighs more...
- hi. anyone that has stated that you're gaining muscle and losing fat is INCORRECT. it is not possible to gain and lose at the same time (except in some isolated, short-lived occasions). if you're new to weights then you may initially develop muscle tone and lose some slight fat, but this will be short-lived. work out your daily calorie intake, then take off a few hundred calories. post up your workout routine and diet.
