How to lose inches


How do you lose 5 pounds an 4 inches off youre tummy in 2 weeks?

i am thin just i have this little tuumy over the part where low rise jeans end and realy low down where the mid-lower zipper so it buckes how do i get rid of that with out a diet i eat heathy no junk food already

  11. if you want a flat tummy your fat intake needs to be pretty low. & u have to do lots of aerobics exercises, & hundreds of sit-ups everyday.

  13. Just do a million trillion crunches a day and run like hell on the treadmill. And drink more water than you could ever imagine.

The secret to a flat stomach is: just don't eat! and if you have to have something, make it water, fruit or vegetables. I lost 20 pounds since i got this fast internet...and i wasnt even fat before! i went from> (height: 5'4) 130 lbs to 110 lbs....

  16. forget weight it has no place in what you are trying to do. It is inches- it is also body mass index. Most people starve to "lose weight." The best way is to gain muscle. The first thing you lose when you starve is muscle and then weight loss/fat loss is damn near impossible. You are designed that way to survive famine.
  17. Sounds like your already eating healthy and just want to work on one area. You need to do exercises that target that specific area, and also some cardio which helps burn fat faster. Aside from lipo thats the only way your going to get it to look the way you want. And don't expect drastic results in two weeks, it's going to take a little time and effort.
  18. Drink loads of water and do like a zillion crunches a day. Also drink Crystal Light during meals. It fills you up and only has 5 calories per serving. Cut your meals in half and walk away from that junk food. Don't eat any solid foods 4 hours before you go to bed, therefore your metabolism has time to burn those calories. Hope I helped :)
