How to lose inches


I want to lose weight and some inches off of waist !!!!!?

ok i am a very active teenage girl .......i'm in a marching band and these parades are long .........also i do 100-300 sit ups ....and still i'm not losing anything i dont really eat junk food and when i do not that much i'm normal i guess...i eat two meals a day and some snacks but nothing big ......i'm still in school.....and when we have to run i do but i do have a stomach i am not skinny .........its just that i'm not losing weight and i do not want to take any diets pills or anything like that ........what should i do because i am about to give up........pleaz help me !!!!!!!!!

  3. You don't say your weight or height, but a 1500 calorie a day balanced diet can drop 3-4 pounds a week. If you're doing situps, try doing crunches, reverse crunches and oblique crunches, to make sure your working the whole abdominal section.
  4. I'm in a similar boat as you. I'm actually trying to lose weight myself. Either way, I've been going to the gym and watching what I eat, because I tend to eat whatever on the go. But that does not seem to be a problem for you. I highly suggest doing other forms of exercise. Hula hoops help a ton and are fairly fun. Dancing also helps in losing some weight.
