How to lose inches


How could someone lose 20 pounds, without dropping dress sizes or inches, just from eliminating certain foods?

If someone still overeats, and does not exercise, but has eliminated a lot of processed and unhealthy foods, what does it mean, if they've dropped over 20 scale pounds, without dropping clothing sizes or inches, with the exception of 2 inches on the waist, and one inch on the hips? Could that have been water weight and waste? If so, wouldn't that have at least resulted in a smaller clothing size with that much scale weight?

  2. Processed food has A lot of salt in it, which causes you to retain water. Also, unprocessed food has a miracle effect. I lose like crazy when I eat unprocessed food. Chances are though, you did lose a size (probably 2) but the differences in sizes is really small. I went down 4 sizes before I really noticed a diffence. 2 inches around the waist should be 2 pant sizes.
