How could someone lose 20 pounds, without dropping dress sizes or inches, just from eliminating certain foods?
If someone still overeats, and does not exercise, but has eliminated a lot of processed and unhealthy foods, what does it mean, if they've dropped over 20 scale pounds, without dropping clothing sizes or inches, with the exception of 2 inches on the waist, and one inch on the hips? Could that have been water weight and waste? If so, wouldn't that have at least resulted in a smaller clothing size with that much scale weight?

- A combo of both the food and water weight
- Processed food has A lot of salt in it, which causes you to retain water. Also, unprocessed food has a miracle effect. I lose like crazy when I eat unprocessed food. Chances are though, you did lose a size (probably 2) but the differences in sizes is really small. I went down 4 sizes before I really noticed a diffence. 2 inches around the waist should be 2 pant sizes.
