need to lose some inches and tighten up a little by saturday?
i know im gonna get the "its not safe answers" but ill just skip over them. im not saying alot of weight and im not saying im gonna lose weight in an unhealthy manner forever, i just have an event to go to on saturday and the outfit i have to wear shows my mid section i was fitted for it a while back (its handmade so i cant return it for another size) and it fits fine its just that since then ive gotten a little lazy and im middle is not as tight as it was (think Britney Spears) so i really wanna just tighten it up for the day you know then ill go back to healthy foods and excerise but as for right now i really dont care how healthy it is. oh and the middle is bear so i can wear anykind control clothing under it ahhhh i know i should have started sooner but i didnt realize try it on again till last night aaahhhh totally sucks

- eat less than 500 calories a day, do ab exercise for 4 hours a day[try avoiding breaks], drink water only, drink diet tea 2-3 days before the event [diet tea is tea that makes you get diarrhea], and in a week you should lose about..5-10pounds? Good Luck! :]
- You are a little late. You can't do much in 2 days. You should have started with diet and exercise a lot earlier. I guess you are gonna have to suck your middle in the best you can.
- You can do a slimming body wrap. They are a bit costly, around $100 but you can lose inches quickly. Do some research in your area, not sure where you live otherwise I'd offer you a website. They have them here in San Diego, I did it 2 days before an event and lost 9 inches and they stayed off. It wasn't water weight either! Not sure the science behind it but it worked.
