How to lose inches


How long will it take for me to lose 2-4 inches off my waist??

I want to lose a few inches off my waist....not necessarily other places, my waist is 30, bust 36, hips 40.....I guess I would be better proportioned if I had a flatter stomach because its kinda big. I do sit ups every day and planning to go to aerobics 3 times a week along with changing my diet to more healthy foods..... How long will it be b4 i lose between 2 and 4 inches

  2. I had to drop inches to fit into a bridesmaid dress so I went get a body wrap. Each time you do it you lose more and more inches.
  3. you are wasting your time with the sit ups, you cannot burn fat in a direct area. fat is reduced evenly thoughout the body, there fore you should do full body workouts like running or even better swiming. so basically eat less calories, get more vitimins and menerals and do full body exercises, do crunches and "knee elbow touches" when you get a flat belly ;)
