How can I lose inches off my thigs to look great in a bathing suit...in a VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME??

- Where a sauna suit into a sauna you will lose lots of water weight quickly, but be careful it is dangerous if done in excess.
- The cabbage diet for a week and brisk walks will do the trick.
- Take Hoodia it worked for me! either that or just dont eat for about 2 weeks
- Start by cutting out all processed foods, drink lots of water, and exercise 1-2 hours per day. Do not listen to the guy who recommended a sauna belt, all they do is make you sweat out water weight, as soon as you drink more water, the weight returns.
- I don't think you can specifically pick this food or that food/drink to lose weight in a certain area. Eat heathier foods overall. It all works together. The same with exercise. However, make a point of using the muscles in your thighs - walking, jogging, biking, etc. This will tone your thighs down.
