How to lose inches


how do i lose 2 inches off my waist with out giving up the foods i love?

i need to loce 2 inches. i love junk food and i dont think i can give it up. also i eat when im bored....and im bored a lot so i think that is contributing a lot.

  6. You have to get rid of the junk food. A healthy diet is the only way you will ever be successful at getting in shape. Once you start eating healthy, it's really very simple to keep it going, I promise. Start by not drinking sodas...they are bad for you in so many ways. Also, ask yourself...do you love junkfood so much that it is worth your health?
  7. try walking.. taking walks, they just did a study and dog owners that walk their pets could loose 12 pounds a year, by doing just that.
  8. weight loss is simple, increase movement, decrease calories. eat the same stuff, just cut back on the amount. Instead of eating a garbage bag full of mayo and snickers, try eating half a bag :-P
  9. Excersise a ton, and put a big picture of a really obese person on every junk food container you have- write this on the picture: "This will be you if you pick this up and eat it." I know somebody that did this, and they lost everthing they needed to lose. She was 167, supposed to be 135, and she lost ALL of it- I'm not joking either!!
  10. Sweet heart its not possible. You need to give up the food but you dont have to give it all up. I would switch to special K and eat it twice a day and the third meal should be your dinner you can eat what you want but not too much. Try and do some fitness. About being bored do some thing like go clubing or sleep overs. Go window shopping anything that keeps you fit. And remember its up to you.
  11. It's not the food you eat, it's the amount. OK, I don't mean go crazy eating junk all the time, all I am saying is you don't need to sacrifice your favorite foods, but moderation is key. As far as eating when you are bored, you can substitute your snacks for healthier choices, and healthy can sometimes be synonym to tasty! Don't be bored, there are plenty of things to do in life!   13. same as the others, but different: 1. eat 5 times a day, smaller meals same food. inbetween each bite drink water (to hide waters taste). NO soda. 2. drink at least 5- 10 cups of water a day (one or more with each meal). 3. exercise 20 minutes once a day (break a sweat, and go on for a few minutes after, start slow, work up to it) 4. Use free weights to gain muscle, the more muscle you have, the quicker you will lost fat. NOTE: muscle weights more than fat, so if you gain weight, its good, you adding muscle, the inches will come off after this. 5. keep it up, you will lose 2 pounds a week, every 10 -20 pounds is one inch. Here are some that helped me: • Meditation - helps lower stress, blood pressure, cloistral, food cravings, and some other stuff. Stress actually induces weight gain. • When I ate junk food I would drink water with it and drink water with everything else. • Instead of exercise do 75 crunches and 25 push-ups a day. • Don't drink soda with food. I read somewhere that soda actual some how convinces the brain to make you take that extra potato chip. • Take walks with someone so you can take a long walk, but it will seem really short.
  15. First off, let me say that I am a jumk food fanatic... pizza, ice cream, candy... love it all!! Just try to eat other foods as well, like fruits and veggies, and DON'T EAT UNLESS YOU ARE HUNGRY!!! I used to eat when I was bored, but once I started cutting back o how much I ate, and walkin and working out (just sit ups and push ups a couple times a day) I lost a lot of weight and felt a lot better, too!
  16. First you need to get active. then on the week days eat diet snacks. Then on the weekend treat your self to a light junk food. After get up and exercise.You can do it.
