How do i lose 3 inches off of my waist in 1-2 weeks???
I need a solid excercise routine to lose 3 inches off of my waist in 1-2 weeks.and how many calories i should eat. i am a size 6 and would like to get to a size 1 or 2 agin. plz help me!!!!!

- "Master Cleanser" trust me it works. Google it if you don't know what it is. You will lose more then just three pounds. But you have to do it for 10 days. And you will sure lose 20 pounds. Lemon Juice Cayenne Pepper Mable Syrup Water Thats all you need to lose weight.
