How to lose inches


gotta lose 4 inches off ma waist in a month...plz tell me how!!! pleeeeeeeez...i beg u guys..oh plz plz plz!!!

pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeez!!!!!!! oh plz plz plz plz plz!!!! i really need help!im 14,almost 15.My waist is 34 inches..i wanna lose 4-5 inches by october..is it possible? pleeeeeeeeeez help!! i want my waist to be 29-30 inches by october!! HEELP U GUYS!!!!ALSO TELL ME HOW TO GET RID OF MA DARKCIRCLES!!! I SLEEP ENOUGH.AND EAT HEALTHY!! PLZ TELL ME HOW TO GET RID OF MA DARKCIRCLES!!!!! PLEEEEEEEEZ!!!!!!   2. First of all...don't write like that! It's annoying. Workout and watch what you eat. You watch those fat camp shows on tv? Do what they do. Eat healthy and bust your butt!
  3. K calm down. Why do you have to do this? Try the South beach diet and you will lose at least 10 -12 pounds in a month specially on your waist!!!! yep

  5. Ok, OK! CALM DOWN! Sheesh! To lose the 4 inches or more, you need to eat less, and excercise, daily. For the dark circles SLEEP, meaning don't go to bed at 1 a.m GOOD LUCK!
  6. Ask your mother to find you a good dietician, eat a healthy diet. sleep, and exercise.
  7. Quit freaking out! Calm down, breath deep, then watch what you eat. Don't eat lots, and don't eat unhealthy. Also for dark circles, put cucumber peals on them, but more importantly get lots of rest.

All the vegetables you want and all the meat you want, chicken, stakes, fish or whatever. Fruit: ALSO GRAPEFRUIT Dinner... all the vegetables you want and all the meat you want. grapefruit, juice or the fruit. Of course, NOT BEANS, other fruits, NO BREAD. This is AGAINST anything sweet, got it? In two weeks you´ll be VEEERY HAPPY AND LESS HEAVIER. GOOD LUCK!
  9. drink lemon water daily and do crunches and other ab exercises. try belly dancing and pilates also. squeeze your stomach n everyday. do all of these everyday. for your eyes, u can either use tea bag, sliced cucumbers or sliced potatoes. for better results with tea bags, i use to put them in the freezer first. sometimes if i didn't have any of the 3 that i mentioned, i would use an ice cube wrapped in a towel. good luck. remeber u can do this if u are really committed. i did thse routines for most of my life (im only 20). i have a very great figure and i don;t exercise anymore b/c school takes up most of my time. keep dancing.
  10. Okay honestly you need to eat breakfest, snack, lunch with salad, snack (fruit) dinner, Snack (dessert). If you eat this schedule with small portions you will be able to loose weight. Add in excersise at least 30 mins a day will help you loose more weight. No pop if you are serious or coffee. You can do this. just watch porportions. And for the dark circles there is actually a product I use from MaryKay cosmetics and it is awesome. It also helps with bags. It instantly sucks them in. Awesome for those brides who go out drinking the night before the wedding. For your chubbiness crunches work wonders. Do them in bed so your back won't hurt as much as if you used the hard floor. Your 14 what u dieting for maybe your suppose to be 34in in the waist.However cardio exercise to a healthy you....ride a bike for an hour a day(not a gym on the rode ride fast as you can)or walk daily for 1 hour extra that you normally do.....Eat low fat food....when you go to Mcdonalds order the salad with chicken instead of the big mac.
  12. Quit sitting in front of the computer and go exercise.
