How to lose inches


What foods make you full so you eat smaller portions? I need to lose some inches! Thx?

  2. Well, you use the method the Miami Tribes of Ohio did when on long hunts or in winter. You take a strip rawhide and swallow it. Then drink water. The raxhide will swell and make you fell full. You can also eat any green vegetable, especially celery, lettuce or even carrots. They contribut very few calories and can absorb water. Or you can exercise your arm muscles by pushing away from the table. I try to stop eating after 7:00 PM and no seconds and I've dropped ten pounds since May.   3. watermelon is all sugar and has a high glycemic index. i would suggest snacking more throughout the day to curb those hunger pains. try eating air popped popcorn w/ a spritz of non-fat butter spray, dash of garlic powder, or cayenne powder, and salt if you need it. or make a nice low-sodium soup that is full of veggies. proteins will keep you full longer so eat up on chicken breasts, egg whites, tofu, etc. remember to chew slowly, and allow 10 minutes for your last bite to reach your stomach, before getting 2nds. be mindful of when you've eaten enough - meaning you are no longer hungry. try no to eat to be full. and lastly, combine this with exercise, and the weight will fall off. the more you invest into your weight loss, the harder it will be to fail. best wishes!
  4. My golden rule is Bake/Broil/Boil.. always eat food that's baked, broiled, or boiled. Limiting what we put on our foods to make them taste better is a big YES YES! Gravy's, butter, dressing, and sauces are the main source of fat in the american diet. Use olive oil instead of vegitable oil and drinking a glass of water before you eat will fill you up AND help to clean your system out of the foods you couldn't help to avoid.
