How to lose inches


I need to lose about 3 inches of my waist in 13 days Help?

I've been working out 5 days a week for about 1 1/2 hours a session doing cardio for about 30 - 40 minutes, resistance training and calisthenics , and swimming laps. I need to know exactly what to do at the gym and what to eat so i will lose the 3 inches by july 1 st . It's sunday June 17 the clocks ticking. hope somebody knows.

  5. we have this thing at my house and it is a hoola hoop but it weighs like 5 pounds or something like that. it says that you just have to do it for 3-5 min. per day then go to like 7-10 min per day and you will loose INCHES off your waist.
