  1. Muscle weighs more than fat, on a per-cubic-inch basis. So your increased exercise is making your muscles a little larger while your sensible eating is reducing how much of your body is fat. The numbers don't really matter, as long as the loss of inches continues. (Up to a point, anyway.)
  2. Because you're losing fat but gaining muscle. And muscle weighs more than fat. You've probably reached a plateau and just need to change your workout routine.
  3. muscle is denser than fat so while excercising aand eating sensibly you will lose your fat decreasing in size but gain muscle so although you are thiner the muscle is what is causing your weight to remain relatively constant
  4. The answers is simple. You aren't losing any weight because you are gaining muscle. When you exercise you burn all your excess fat very quickly but then slowly gain muscle. Muscle is more condensed so 10 pounds of muscle takes up less space then 10 pounds of fat. This "new" weight that you have however, is actually healthier. It is much better to weigh 150 pounds and be curvy than be 150 pounds and chunky. Keep up the good work! :]]
  5. You're losing the fat and building more muscles. Muscles weigh more than fat. You're on the right track. Don't get discouraged. It's not about the weight but the body fat lost.
