How to lose inches


Is this a good diet and workout plan to lose weight and inches fast?

I'm trying to lose 20-30 pounds even though thankfully I'm not overweight. I'm normal, but my goal is either a "Supermodel Shape"/"Slim & Slender with a 6-pack!" My cousin lost 20-30 lb. just by eating salad and exercising for two weeks and that's what I'm trying too. Morning: "Nutty Nuggets" wheat & barley cereal with non-fat milk 1 cup of Citrucel (orange powder that you mix with water that helps with irregularity) 2 water bottles Afternoon: homemade salad that contains: lettuce, red & green cabbage strips, almond slices, baby tomatoes, apple bits, snap peas, carrot strips, olives, green grapes *I change a few of the ingredients everyday to change the flavor. 1 cup of Citrucel 2 water bottles When I get hungry (before 7 P.M.) 1 cup of strawberry JELL-O 5 almonds 1 water bottle I workout everyday for 2 hours: 35 min. of Billy's Bootcamp: AB BOOTCAMP 20 min. of Turbo Jam: AB JAM 20 min. of Winsor Pilates: Max. Burn Basics 45 min. of Winsor Pilates: Fat-Burning I don't eat past 7 PM!

  1. Sounds pretty unsafe to me...If you do this, be sure to take vitamins, because whatever you're eating contains nothing. Plus you'll be shi**ing your brains out, so extra vitamins will help. But hey, if it works, then good for you...Be careful though.

  4. Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day.   9. If you go for the salad diet, you should check the fat grams of every salad dressing you buy. Some of it is very high in fat grams. Some of it has almost no fat grams.
  10. Talk to your doctor about anorexia and bulemia. It sounds like you and your cousin have eating disorders. Really, just because you eat, and you dont puke, doesnt mean anything. People who exercise too much also have anorexia. Its a self image disorder, really. Give yourself a compliment. Youre above average, in many ways, and losing weight will never change that.

  12. oh, don;t worry. All you have to do is eat more fruits and vegetables, especially at night. And remember to always drink water every 2-3 hours. Lessen your intake of sweets and softdrinks as well as fatty food and spicy ones, too. I hope this will help because I am on a diet, too. And for a month I lose weight by 10 kilos already ;)

  15. there is very little protein or calcium in this plan. Also sounds a little boring. Couldn't you substitute fruit for breakfast?

  17. Eat three times day. 1. For breakfast eat cereal with Milk. 2. For lunch hacve a Turkey Sandwich. 3. Eat a good dinner with Veggies. After 30 days and you stick to this you can lose 20 pounds, but do not starve your self that is not good., The body reacts and knows when it is time to eat and when to chill. If you keep your calories at a minimum your body will take it from your fat! Then you lose weight...thats the key! You have to keep your body balanced and this means to stick to your diet. If you decided you want Ice Cream and cake before you got o bed..you goofed because those carbohydrates will turn to fat and your body stored it for future use. If you starve your body of carbohydrates...your body will burn fat taking the carbs from your fatty tissues and ins o ding ...you lose weight...or you can have sex everyday and sweat it off like I did:_)
