How to lose inches


How Can I Lose 7 Inches Of Fat From My Legs In 2 Monthes?!?!?

(maybe even 3 to 4 monthes is fine too, but less than 2 would be even better and helpful!!) it needs to be something i can do on my own. like excercieses i can do after school (im15 too). stuff i shouldnt eat? stuff i should eat? food that can make me lose weight fast? excerices that make me lose weight fast? diet pills? i dont know. just needs to be somthing where i dont need to go to the doctor or to a class of any kind. ****and make my stomach tighter, and butt smaller***** PLEASE HELP!!!

  2. hunni its impossible in 2 months ,do u go gym?drink heaps of water,but if ur THAT desperate go with duromine or xenical .i used duromine (stole it off sum1 coz docs wudnt give) it wkrd but it fukd me up in the end?? so yeh jus ask ur doctor he might give u sumfn similiar or u can smoke >>cuz it l make u feel like u not hungry n yeh jus smoke then go toilet =) lool but thats whe bad way lol jus foget the last point
  3. I don't know how you can lose that much weight that fast without making yourself extremely ill. But if you truly want to lose weight look into Weight Watchers, LA Weight Loss, Jenny Craig and programs like that. These programs and a few others rely on actual nutritional science rather than some fad or dangerous drug.

  7. Start now to just eat healthy. Start with eating 4-5 times a day, smaller meals/snacks. Only healthy real food. No junk at all. Corn syrup especially ruins metabolism, and you need your metabolism to start running higher. Eat primarily fresh vegetables. Plus fresh fruit, lean meat like chicken or fish, and easy on the breads. Walking will help tone you up. Walk fast, often, and if you could start with walking fast a half-hour per day, you're doing great. Alternate which shoes you wear to help tone different parts of your legs. Earth shoes have a negative heel which will give you a good workout and help your posture. If you're into swimming, that's another great whole-body exercise. Drink lots of water - have that be your main drink. (obviously avoid soda.) Jumping jacks and other aerobic activities will help - always be moving - if you're in a stationary place you can still do leg lifts for example. Don't start with unhealthy habits such as pills or smoking - that will set you down the wrong track for life, and you'd then be dealing with weight issues and guilt throughout your life. Just start eating and living healthy, and it's actually fun and will give you more energy! Good luck to you.
