what is a good diet and exercise plan where i can lose a couple inches in a week?
i have a "tummy" and i want to slim it down before a big dance next week, what do i do?

- Honestly, I don't think there is. Building a toned tummy takes time. Best advice? Exercise at least five days a week (or more), cut back or eliminate soda-drink water instead. Cut back or eliminate sweets, eat healthy fruits and veggies, raw nuts, ect.
- Loosing a few inches in a week is not going to happen. Our bodies are too adept. But, in stead of eating so much, drink alot of water (a gallon a day). Also avoid eating before bed and eat a breakfast. When eating breakfast, your body will begin to burn energy earlier than without breakfast. Get exercise. Small things like walking, sit ups/crunches, push ups and lunges are good. The conbination of less food, more activity to burn calories and drinking more water are all good starts. But don't stop eating. Your body will begin to "horde" the food you eat and "save it for later" becuase it will adapt. So eat, just eat less carbs (bread, pasta) and less sugar and sodium.
