How to lose inches


How can i lose 6 inches off my waist in 20 days? i need a good diet to so please help?

i am 14 years old i wear a size 16 and i want to be a 13 before school and i would also like tokeep loseong wieght i have a medium build and i am 5 ft 5 in tall i like to bike ride and jump rope but i don't know how long i should do those activities please i need to look good this year and i don't want to fit into my mom's clothes anymore please help.

  1. 6 inches in 20 days!! that is near impossible if you want to feel good afterwards. and starving isn't gonna do any good, it will destroy your body even more. i'm finding hard to lose an inch already. but if you're commited do 45 mins of excercise in total. daily.
  2. The best diet is two square meals a day try and get plenty of fruits and veges also some bread product, a Little bit of meat like chicken of ham not beef or pork and for a dink get orange juice apple juice or some type of juice believe me GOOD LUCK
  3. um... eat alot of apples, like have an apple 4 breakfats and thats all, then 4 lunch have like health bread with cheese, then dinner have salad with no dressing dont eat sweets or junk food, thats all horrible 4 u. excersise everyday , like while ur watching tv
  4. hey i am 14 and i am trying to loose to weight too...what i do is like the bike machine for 45 (9 miles on the bike) constant minutes once a day...and 200 situps at night and if u want to u can do them in the morning too...eat healthy...and you can add in ab pilates..good luckk

Put your mind to work for you, think healthy, try not to eat anything for a whole day, and then a piece of fruit or a salad will be a banquet, think that every little piece of fat food is storing in your waist. Be patient and being so young you can do it, don´t get frustrated, in the due time you´ll be smaller.
  6. I dropped over 25 lbs. with diet adjustment and serious bike riding, but it didn't happen in 20 days, it took 6 months. I did (and still do) ride the bike for 32 miles 2-3 times a week. As for diet, I cut out sodas, I drink only water and juice now. No fast foods, and definitely nothing to eat before bed. It is said that breakfast should be your largest meal of the day so you can burn the calories through the day. That is what I did, hopefully something helps there, it was tough to get into at first, but it was worth it for me.
  7. drink tea mixed with lime juice with out sugar empty stomach early in the morning. afternoon & night before going to bed... take only few biscuits for ur meal, do this continuously for 20 days u will not lose 6 inches u will lose 12 inches within 20 days... this is what ive been doing for the last couple of months... now i feel that im like a broom stick, sooooo thin...

  9. that's like mission impossible girl. maybe 1-2 inches maximum in 20 days. and that's if you eat minimal food ie starve. and exercise for at least 2 hrs every single day. so yeah....
