- It can def happen....I have been eating healthy and going to the gym since May 14, 2007 and all my clothes started to be too big but as I stood on the scale once a week the pounds werent moving. i didnt start to see actual weight loss until about the end of July beg of August so 4 months into it. I mean yea I lost a pound or so but that was about it. Now its almost november so coming up on 6 months and I have lost 27lbs and 3 inches off my waist....just keep at it the healthy way and you will be sure to lose weight. good luck!
- weight can compose muscle, water, etc. You want to lose FAT not muscle since its the most metabolically active tissue ever so it'll actually help u lose the fat with more muscle. Fat takes up more space than muscle. Also if u're a girl u dont need to worry about looking like arnold since girls dont produce enough testosterone to build big muscles. I suggest u educate urself properly in eating right and working out. And yes u want to lose above all things inches.
- Yes, If your are exercising your fat turns to muscle and often times people will actually gain weight due to muscle being denser than fat. The good news is that muscle burns more calories than fat so soon you should see some weight reduction. Just keep up the good work, diet, exercise and soon you should get your desired results.
- Absolutely - it CAN happen. That's what happened to me using a fat burner I went from size 14 to size 8 in 5 months but I did NOT lose as much weight as I thought I should. But who cares - I'm down to my old size 8 - I look and feel healthy - - and i look GREAT says my hubby and my kids. http://www.radicalpatch.com
