With proper diet and exercising everyday, how many inches of bellyfat will you lose from your waist in 3-4wks?
I've been working out for about 2 months now but still have belly fat since i haven't been doing cardio, only ab workouts such as crunches. I just recently started doing cardio. I have a 27 inch waistline i'd like to go to about 25 inches. Another thing is, my lower abs are flabbier than my upper abs. In the lower part of my abs i'm 29 inches. Is it possible to lose the belly fat to my desired waistline in 3-4 weeks with keeping up my diet and my exercise? I'd like to be 25 inches on my upper and lower abs. thanks in advance

- Yeah.. pilates is good... but you still need to loose weight or you will only be firming the muscle underneath and not burning off the belly fat on top. Pilates... and you can buy a video anywhere and do it at home.. it will show you how to target certain areas in your core. I have also read that if you weight train FIRST... the area you want to work on... THEN do cardio.. it helps burn the fat in that area... but thats not proven or anything... but it cant hurt to try.
- Exercise everyday like jogging around the block Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day Dont eat until you're full Eat fruits at night if your hungry. Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate. There are more tips and info. there's a video on success fitness too.
