  1. I found that standing up, and crunching down really hard is a lot better and effective than the regular laying on the floor crunch. The floor crunches just push down your fat and create a bump. The standing crunch gets rid of it. For fast results do about 100 of them a day. They are VERY easy and work super fast. Hope it works!
  2. Eat low carb, start using Organic Coconut oil, drink 8 glasses of water a day. Also, go for a 1 hour walk every day, and do crunches every other day.
