How to lose inches

Does anybody know any good exercises or specific diet changes to lose inches in thighs?

I have always been bottom heavy but I am now really out of proportion. Thigh measurement is 25 1/2 inches. I am 5' 3" and 157 pounds.

  2. running...and pilates. pilates do wonders...as long as you are eating healthy, the inches will come off.
  3. I am not good with diets or exercise but I know that if you eat yogurt for breakfast, soup for lunch and a salad for dinner you will lose weight and inches.

  5. leg crunches they hurt like crazzy but i lost 2 inches. lay onone side andlift one legg as high as itll go then lower it back down. i did 50 a day on each leg but u mite want to start w/ less.
  6. For the most part that Rob is correct. I would also suggest trying out Jorge Cruises' "8 minutes in the morning to lean hips and thin thighs" There are a few others that he has out too. I got my copy off Ebay for about two bucks. That or try Amazon, they have good book and video rates as well.
  7. Running works really well, but if you aren't in great shape try riding your bike or power walking up steps or inclines. Both really work your thighs.
