im 5"11 270 ibs i wanna lose weight for next season so i can be quicker and faster, what kind of diet cani try
when i was heavy i was slower when im lighter im faster and im not that healthy so i need a list of nutrition that can make me lose weight AND lose inches off my belly and stomach. by the way this is for football

- I bet youare a good football player. just try to not eat fryed foods to much and not drink sodas and just try to walk a lot, like if you go to the mall just walk around the whole thing 2 or 3 times
- A Diet that is balanced would be best. Eat meals high in protein like chicken, tuna, turkey, eggs. Stay away from too much red meat. Eat lots of veggies and fruit. Rice is a good filler. Creamy sauces, sweets, fatty foods such as gravy, alcohol, icecream are a no-no. Also drink water instead of soda, juice, or beer. Unless its natural juice and doesn't contain artificial sweetners, sugar, or added junk. ALSO, be sure to exercise and push yourself. Eating right AND exercising are the key to loosing weight fast.

- Best advice, try to limit your snack intake, such as chips, candy and regular soda. Limit oily food intake, such as fast food, burgers, fries, pizza, Chinese food, any take out. Balance your eating intake. More veggies, with a slightly smaller portion of protein and carbohydrates. Don't skip breakfast nothing too much, but limit. Drink water and healthy snacks between meals.
