i have a belly that is 30 inches in diamater, and im 15 yrs old and weight 125 lb =[?

- If you already diet and exercise, then you are already healthy girl! If its that big of a deal start doing ab exercises such a crunches, sit ups, and *pilates*. - what have you been eating so long? you are young and should lost the excess weight. Now, if you have intake with soft drinks and beers, cut them at all. at least the first two weeks. In the morning day, squeezed lemon with warm water ( 2 - 3 lemons and 50 - 100 ml water) as your two weeks starter. And lets see the result. And in the night, drink the mixture before going to bed. Ideally, during the first two weeks, you cant eat all that junk food, dont eat heavy meat ( prok, bacon, beef, steak in any kind, light chikcen breast if you can at the weekend), and more likely fruites and veegies, dietary dairy products, no chocelate. remeber, the first two weeks. After, you may ask me if you really fuly put high disiciplin in these two weeks or refers to lemon detoxification in web sites.
