How can a 12 year old (105 pounds, 61 inches) lose 10 pounds fast?

  1. 105 pounds is a fine weight, you really shouldn't be worrying about your weight, but here is what I suggest you do: Eat healthy foods (stay away from junk foods) Eat when you are hungry and don't eat when you are not hungry. Get an hour of exercise each day by running, walking, pushups, crunches, weight lifting, etc...
  2. There is no way to safely lose weight fast. I recommend eating smaller portions and exercising. When I say exercise you don't have to go to the gym for four hours a day. You can burn extra calories by going for a walk, doing household chores, or playing with your dog.
  3. A 12 year old, unless morbidly fat, does not need to lose weight. Attempting to do so will permanently damage your development and cause you to be fat the rest of your life. your body, in this growth and change phase, will develop to store more fat as it assumes that the lack of food is due to environment.

  5. No need to lose weight. Sounds like an ideal weight for your height. Don't worry about your weight. You have enough stress at your age, and adding unhealthy eating or habits will do nothing but harm. Love yourself and don't worry about anyone else.

  10. that is a healthy weight and no reason for a young person to decide go 95lbs. that is the unhealthy path which is anorexia and eating disorders if you wish still to go lose weight healthy then do cardio excercise which makes u lose fat=lose weight and you dont gain muscle at fast speed. eating also five meals a day but not large portions will help cause increase resting metabolism.
  11. Well I'm 13 and weigh 138 so you don't really need to worry. Just remember that soon you will be growing out and not up. Stop eating out and at fast food places, Drink more water, and don't eat ANYTHING for 3 hours before you go to bed. Go for long walks, about 1/2 and hour to 1 hour a day should do it. This is my motto "Eat less, Move more"
