How to lose tough belly fat?

I'm 13 years old, weigh 146 pounds, and I am 5 feet 6.5 inches. I exercise by biking and walking and drink plenty of water. My legs are complete toned muscle, and I want to lose tough belly fat [slight lovehandle] on my waist. Does anyone have any ideas on how to lose this tough fat? Thanks.

  5. Try jogging, and build it up to a run. Lots of running and jogging, water, plenty of calories for energy, and DONT do crunches or sit ups. Crunches and sit ups will make your budge look even bigger. Stay away from sugar.

  7. ive worked forever at a gym. girl, if u want those love handles gone: sit-ups! and wen u do them, turn ur body (as u go up) to the left and right. do 10 a day. its that simple. youll lose that fat in 3 weeks. promise. just ten a day and make em good.

  11. You may want to try lifting weight, you can buy them at Target or Wal mart. 5 or 10 lbs weight, walk them side to side, up and down. Riding a Stationary Bike, helps too. Try walking while tightening up your abs, as you walk.

  15. Don't get mad when I say this, but you probably won't lose the belly fat for a while. It's all baby fat. The good news is, it should shed off within the next few years. You're doing a good thing by exercising and biking and drinking water, but the absolute best thing to do is to eat healthy and keep active. Do NOT take those weight loss pills or anything like that, they will make you feel bad and its just not worth it. Do stomach exercises like crunches so that when you do lose the belly fat as you get older, you'll have a nice, lean muscular stomach that'll show soon. You'll look great!! Be patient and keep up the good work!
  16. well you can do crunches, v sits , and arch ups(lay on your stomach and lift your hands and feet at the same time)for your stomach
  17. You are not really all that big, but I must admit I was the same exact height and weight at the age of 15 and was insecure. At 23, I have finally have to will power to stop eating right when I am full. When you walk, please make sure you are power walking and also that you twist your midsection sides back and forth and make sure you are using your tummy muscles. Please also consider doing some sit ups. Your legs are in shape because biking is targeting your leg muscles. Now you just have to target your tummy muscles to complete your hot body package.
  18. You cannot exercise one area to lose fat. How your body store's and removes fat is completely up to it, you don't have a say in the matter. Situp's will make your stomach a little bigger by adding muscle, which more muscle is always good for losing weight, but the fat in that area won't change necessarily. And at 13 your body will change around some anyway. Keep active and eat right it will eventually come off. If it doesn't, you're a woman, your body naturally carries more fat.
