  1. Ur gonna need a knife...
  2. why not just get a bigger pair of pants???
  3. don't eat anything all day
  4. Poop alot!
  5. Girdle.
  6. Corset Edit: Oh, MEPS, here's what I did: I exercised for about 6 hours a day, fasted (drank only-no food), and took diuretics. I lost 10 lbs in 2 days! Sure it was unhealthy, but I just needed that one number from MEPS scale and then it was back to life as normal.
  7. Hold your breathe!!!
  8. Use one of those things that make your tummy tighter....
  9. Suck it in and hold your breath. Wear a tight belt..and don't bend over
  10. sit ups unless you have something surgical planned
  11. Come on!!! Be a little serious!!!
  12. Research what a bride needs to do the day of her wedding. I read a lot about what to eat and what to drink to keep from looking fat. LOL I think lots of water was in there somewhere....not sure.
  13. You can't. Unless you wear a girdle!
  14. Go to a sonna(spelling?!?)
  15. Drink only Vitamin Water all day and run on the tredmill really fast for 4 hours. That's all I can say.
  16. Seriously, this works: Apply hemmorrhoid cream where you want to lose the inch and wrap it with plastic wrap it... you will lose one inch for 24 hours. It contracts your skin and makes it really tight, but it only lasts like I said for 24 hours. My friend who is in the Air Force does that to all of the recruits that need to lose weight right away. It really works.
  17. Walking and doing housework is the best exercise for losing fat and ensure that your diet does not include any high calorie foods. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. From http://myweight.info
