How can i lose a few inches??
I have less then a month to try to get into "bathing suit" shape. I need to know, what should i eat and how should i excerise? I would like to more or less lose my belly area and some off my hips and thighs. Any help would be great!

- everybody knows that good cardio workouts and healthy eating keep you fit and maintains proper weight.
- well, for bathing suit reasons, you may not only want to lose weight but also tone up....bathing suits nowadays cover up less and less of a body. i would say cut back on sugar and soda. drink lots of water, exercise 3 times a week but don't becom obsessed (cause that will only hurt you in the end).

- eat more protein, complex carbs, less snacks sweets, drink water instead of soda or juices, have more fruit and exercise exercise exercise at least 30 min a day or 1 hr every other day, depending on your metabolism you cant see results in a couple of weeks if you work hard enough. good luck!
- don't eat ANYTHING except fruit and water and run. Dont do sit ups or crunches because (at first) they give you an illusion of making you fatter(because the muscle gets bigger under the fat). Running or jogging makes you drop the weight without getting bigger at first.
- Walking (briskly), Pilate's, drinking 16 oz of water per every 3 hours. Stay away from salt, high sugar and fatty foods. Steam your veggies, eat low carb green and white veggies and poultry and seafood. I also bought grapefruit tablets from a nature store. It is pricey but works. Also adding cinnamon to tea or cereal a day help with losing inches from your mid section. Eating half a grapefruit a day also. I can email you 10 day diet by thin commandments artist Stephen Gallo. - well the thing is u cant target where ur goin to lose body fat.....just because u do crunches doesnt mean that ur goin to lose body fast in on your belly area.... the next thing is to lose 1 lb a week you have to eat 500 calories less every day and to lose 2 lb a week u eat 1000 less.... if u also excersise it will help a lot.....try to do weight lifting....im not telling u to get huge but if you work out your muscles they take 1-3 days to recover and during that time your body is burning energy(fat) to repair them. also try to cut back on sugar( if u drink pop try to drink water instead that will help alot to) HOPE this helps Peace
- Alot of running, cardio, swimming is good also but you have to get in a bathing suit for that. Sit-ups, leg raises, frog kicks, crunches, and flutter kicks will help tighten you stomach. If none of that works then save your money and invest in lipo suction.

- for you to lose a few inches run,jog,swim,track, any kind of sports. I know to make running more fun you can listen to music, first you should start out jogging in slow-motion then more faster then run then run faster then after 5 min jog again do the same thing again. Eat lets see eat some vegies idk what else to tell you cause i am 12 so i am not that smart you can read my best answer is you want
- well i have the same problem as you. my belly isnt the flattest and i tend to gain weight belly, hips and later on thighs. i dont know how much you´re wanting to lose,or how important it is to you. a big hint, this always helps me, drink a glass of water, like 8 ounces or more before every meal. you will automatically eat less. eat slower. it will make your stomache reach its "i am full point" faster. and last, try to eat less of the food you eat. like eat 1/4 less, later on ut it down to eating 1/2 of what u eat on each of your meals. always drink water. do a set of different types of situps, 10 minutes in the morning and 10-20 minutes at night. avoid eating later than 6.00pm , your body cant burn off teh calories u take in that late and eventually turns it into fat. and last of all you should walk or jog at least 30 minutes a day. i think if you do all that i can alwamost guarantee you´ll be loosing a good 10-20 pounds by the end of this month. it worked for me. good luck!
