  1. the best thing that you could do probably is to eat right and sit in a sauna for about 30-45 minutes each day and you will literally watch the pounds melt right off you
  2. Do crunches, and if you have an excerise ball you can place that between you feet and do crunches this way and you will feel it and see results with in weeks....Just maintain...
  3. There are lots of places online where you can learn to lose weight and/or build some muscle. Here is a good place to start. Losing weight can be hard work, but it is well worth the effort. I highly recommend an eBook (electronic book) called "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" Download it here: http://www.wideopenebooks.com/Recommends/BURNFAT.html It is exceptional! Good Luck! Matt
  4. When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. 5. Try walking. I have two kids who are very close in age and I gained a lot of weight. The good thing is that I lost most of the weight but my flabby stomach stayed. Now, for about 2 months, I walk 5 days a week for at least 4.5 miles per day. The only pills I take is a womans multivitamin. I also do not do any strength training or pushups. I simply walk and I have seen major results. Also it is important to watch your caloric intake and the amount of refined sugars and starches. I stay at about 1200 calories a day and I do not drink any soda.
  6. Exercise to lose belly fat may not be the easiest thing to do on the planet. Nevertheless, it can be done. There are three things you will have to do if you want to Exercise to lose belly fat. 1. Diet - This has nothing to do with the latest diet fad. This has everything to do with the nutritional value of the food you eat. Your body is a high performance machine. Core Strengthening Exercises - You must exercise and strengthen all your core muscles, not just your abs, if you want that firm toned midsection. In addition it is vitally important that you also exercise your major muscle groups which include your legs and back. These are the biggest muscles in your body and working them burns more calories then exercising just your abdominal muscles. 3. Cardio/Aerobic Training - The key to Exercise to lose belly fat is burning more calories than you take in.
