- you should fit excersiz rin ur little diet too
- How bout you try developing anorexia?
- you cant go an entire week on just fruits and veggies, you need to get dairy and grain in there too, go for a jog every morning
- Fat flushing drinks? No. But maybe exercise, and if you starve yourself you will cause yourself to get some sort of pooch in your belly
- You can not lose 4 inches off your wist in 1 week. The only way to lose belly "fat" is to run, do sit-ups and watch your calorie intake. It takes 3,500 calories burned to lose 1 lb of fat.
- The only way to lose belly fat is situps. Crazy diets don't work. Only fruits and veggies won't give you all the nutrients your body needs, and while water is really good for you, too much is actually bad for you; it can dilute water soluable vitamins in your body. If you really need to lose inches that fast, I suggest faking it with a girdle (tummy controlling undergarments) Good Luck!
- that is called a crash diet and is not good for your overall health. no one who cares about your fitness should recommend this to you. you basically starve your body of the rest of its needed nutrients.
- exercise at 10-15 intervals, because if you do longer than that ....your body thinks it needs to keep the energy/fat, so work out in 10-15 intervals maybe before or after breakfast, and then after dinner....also maybe subsitute a meal for a protein shake every other day....
- Don't eat anything white during this week. Such as sugar, anything made with white flour, pasta, salt, etc. Drink a lot of very, very cold water. Your body will burn tons of calories heating that water up to body temperature. Finally, do sit-ups with your knees bent, several times a day. Even better than sit-ups, is where you get into a sit-up position, but only come half way up, hold it, then lay back down, followed by sitting all the way up, going backward half way, hold it and coming back up.
- Eating fruit and fat burning drinks to burn fat? No. Sit ups to burn fat? No. The rule of thumb for a "six pack" is having around 6-7% bodyfat minimum. Determine how much fat you are currently carrying. (Let's say for an example, you are currently 15% bodyfat~about average for most semi-active males~) That means in the example you have about 19 pounds of total fat on your body. Now you are trying to achieve a look of a six pack, so lets take that figure from 15% to about 7% (roughly half). You need to lose about 10 pounds of fat. One pound of fat is 16 ounces of fat. Since most people cannot lose more than about 2-3 ounces of fat per day on the strictest diet and exercise routine, I would recommend about 80-90 days of HARDCORE DISCIPLINED diet and exercise to accomplish this. The slower the diet, the better; you lose less muscle. What you are trying to do is "spot reduction", which is trying to lose fat in one place. This is a myth and impossible. Your body loses fat from the extremities inward. You will see fat loss first in your ankles, wrists, shoulders and neck, before it starts toward your thighs and midsection.
