What is the best way to lose inch off the waist and belly fat?

currently 5'5 190 want to lose 40 pounds tried MAYO diet and and only lost 10. help want to lose all the inches and weight by this time next year.

  6. Eating a healthy diet with regular exercise will help you lose weight. Try walking/jogging/running for 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Do situps and crunches. You can't really target a specific area of your body to lose weight so you will need to work on improving your whole body.
