- Age factor, plays a part. As you frow older, your metabolism rate drops. But don't let that get in ur way. Did u try doing crunches? Do at least 50 crunches a day, and increase it by 10 , 20, subequently. Try not to push yourself too hard or setting your hopes too high or you will end up disappointed, and who knows you might just give up on the regular exercise routime that you have now. Let me tell you, u are doing perfectly fine now. Continue, on the 1 hour jog you are doing now. And, also watch what you eat. Most importantly, it is your health that matters the most. Not some pot belly. So continue with the exercise, and diet. You will see results in a year.
- Your burning too much sugar. Too burn fat you have to workout at low intensity levels for long periods of time. You have to keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone. Join a gym and walk for an hour and use the stepper for an hour 3 times a week with light toning weightlifting. Once youve lost your weight start harder exercises like jogging.
- try: drinking hot to warm water! i know it sounds a little INSANE, but it's proved to speed up your metabolism. if you go on a low GI diet, it will be best for your body type. because you're in the middle of being old and young you're metabolisms are slowing down.
