- 200-300 crunches a day. Both morning and night. And running doesnt hurt either. I think running is the best workout.
- well i use ddr but if ur not into that type of thing or have no clue wat im talking about then yes, crunch crunch crunch :]
- im a pro bodybuilder and we work hard for small waist but i think 27 inches is a little much unless your 5'5'". But whatever it's up to you but to cut inches hope on a eliptical for about 45 min a day thats how i cut inches before a show
- One word - Girdle - you will instantly look 4-6 inches firmer and slimmer-fast and cheap (about $25) and permanent! Anytime you need a quick slim - slip it on. Good Luck!
- First of all, if you are 27 inches around the waist, why on earth do you need to lose 3-4 more inches? I wouldn't lose more than another 1-2 inches maximum. This would be the equivilent of losing 5lb-10lb, which should take about a month. HTH : )
- A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Don't go to sleep right after you eat. And finally exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week for about 45 minutes.Good luck.
