how many belly fat inches will i lose by doing tis in one week?

If i only eat fruits and veggies and do: - 40 mins jogging everyday ...flat surface... -50 crunches, 50 leg raises, 50 push ups three time a week im 5 feets and 123 pounds...medium apple body frame..just wanna lose the belly fat.... my meal plans breakfast: 2 cups of soymilk snack: either banana or grape lunch: raw veggies wit no dressing and i guess one tofu or one egg white snack: apple dinner: raw veggies again will my meal plans put me in starvation mode cuz tat's not wat im aiming for...thank you..!!

  1. See, for your snack, try to replace the banana with something lighter, because I know that banana is not good for people who wanna lose weight. Apple shape body, eat apples, pears. DOing crunches is gonna lead your belly to grow even bigger as they said, so do some other weight training and a lot of cardio. Good luck!
  2. If I was you I would starve on this diet. The exercises do sound like they will definitely help with the belly fat though. Good luck and be sure you talk to your doctor before you start any drastic diet etc.

  4. you will not loose any belly fat that you can see this week, but keep up the good work. just make certain that you keep up your protein intake. veggies and fruits are a must to keep your blood sugar in check.
  5. breakfast- protein, 1 starch (1 egg 1/2 bagel) snack- dairy and fruit (yogurt and apple & orange) lunch- protein, 1 starch (tuna in water, letuuce, tom.6 lowfat crackers) snack- dairy and fruit ( 2 oz 2% cheese, apple, and strawberries, 6) supper- protein, veg ( 6 oz chicken breast, grilled & steamed brocolli) snack- veggie (celery and fat free ranch). also at least 64 oz of water. need all food groups! Good Luck app. 1/2 an inch per week
