10 days to lose 1.5 inches off the stomach???
im 37 around the waist and i want to get it to 35.5 by 10 days if your going to say diet and exercize dont answer this cause i know that any specific diets that work or exercize routines? FREE i cant pay anything 4 this thank youuuu

- A high protein diet like Atkins, with no more than 25g of carbohydrates, and workout every day for at least 60 minutes of cardio WILL do the trick. A detox diet will also work. If you can't afford one, try a good laxative. There has also been a lot of talk about fruit and veg diets. My therapist told me that she lot a pound a day. You eat unlimited amounts of fruits and veggies. If that is too drastic, just do not eat meat and starch together. Eat starch and veg or meat and veg. Let us know what works!
- a little trick I like to do, when doing daily routines just simply tighten your stomache for several minutes at a time...do it as much as you can throughout the day...it gets easier and becomes a habit...it has kept me a flat stomach for years with no situps!

- dothe first phase of weight watchers or atkins, and you will lose it probably really quick...but it might not stay off...
