- You need to do at least 100 sit ups everyday to lose belly fat.
- Take the time to workout and eat healthy. Do sit ups and drink water.
- You lose inches by exercising and fat by watching what you are eating
- Sit ups, Drink lots of water, Don't eat bread and do alot of aerobic exercises. The idea is to eat less and work out more. If you eat light all day long and then go work out for an hour at night, you have burned off some if not all of your daily caloric intake.
- You did not put on this wieght overnight and it will not come off over night. You need to cut out the junk and get of your butt. You need to excercise for 1 hour at least 3 times a week, something moderate that will make you sweat. Eat better. Remeber, eating bad and skipping exercise will do no good, the only person you will be kidding if yourself. I reccomend joining an arobics class step class or a boot camp class. They will help ton all your muscles in a girly way and extra muscle burns extra calories plus you will get a proper workout. The first couple weeks will be hard.
