Can I lose 2-3 inches off my stomach in a week if?
I only eat a snack in the morning and then dinner, hula hoop for 3 hours a week, and do 100 sit ups a day?

- no. you'll gain weight unless you eat like that or less for the rest of your life. the day you eat even a little bit more, you'll gain. try eating healthy and exercising.

- I don't think so, but if you do, you're just losing the water in your body and that is unhealthy. Healthy weight loss would be losing only 1-3 pounds a week.
