  1. well im guessing about a week or 2 five inches aint that much
  2. Two months after you fall in love with a thin guy. Good luck, sweatheart. I bet you're cute anyway.
  3. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink water. no fast food, or tv dinners,or pop, do 45 minutes of cardio(that can be running walking swimming sports, you know) 4 -5 times a week, and do crunches. It will take you a little while, but if you keep a strict diet with all good foods and do the exersise, youll probably start to notice results in 2 weeks or so.
  4. Try one of the exercise videos with Noel. I tried it, and it did pretty good for me. I also walk for thirty minutes every morning. I also eat foods that are better for me, and in little portions. Good luck.
  5. I've lost 5.5 inches on my waist since December 15, 2006. I've been riding my bike 40 minutes a day every day to make it happen.
  6. Well, that depends on what you eat and how you exercise. Abdominal exercises are merely for strengthening your muscles and it is the cadiovascular exercise that keeps the excess fat away... So running is a good start, a daily run. Around 2km's. Danielle, 5 inches is A LOT. Don't even attempt starving yourself, I know how 13 year olds are, and starvation is definitely not the way to go.
  7. Sorry...I used to suffer from an eating disorder when I was in high school, so I am wary of giving any fast weight loss advice to a 13 year old trying to lose 5 inches on the stomach. It sounds like your main concern is losing it quick. I don't have a clue about your circumstances, but I know that you are not even old enough for your body to have matured fully. Many people are still losing their so-called baby-fat at your age. No matter what you should love your body whatever shape it is because confidence is beautiful--definitely more beautiful than a dangerously obtained insecure shell of a person who might never think she's skinny enough and might never see the real image of herself. Eat healthy, exercise. If you really need to lose weight do it the right way. It takes time. If you are motivated to lose weight to become more attractive for someone else, it is for the wrong reason! It must be for you--to love yourself better and make yourself healthier. Don't try to lose weight if you don't need to, and I would encourage you not to be afraid to ask your doctor if you are feeling the need to lose weight at your age because he or she will know whether it is truly the right choice for you. Talk to your parents or a school counselor or even a PE coach--someone you feel comfortable talking to. I don't want to see another young person get sucked into the nightmare of an eating disorder striving to meet reach some unobtainable stereotype of body perfection that society has presented all around us in the form of supermodels, actresses, singers, and advertisements. Please just be you, learn to love yourself, and for godsake, don't buy into starving yourself, purging, or taking some kind of diet pill that will only do damage to your body.
  8. Exercise everyday like jogging around the block Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day Dont eat until you're full Eat fruits at night if your hungry. Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate. There are more tips and info. there's a video on success fitness too.
