Is it possible to lose 6 inches in my stomach/waist in 1 1/2 months doing pilates?
My goal is to go from a size 20 to a size 16 in 1 1/2 months. I am also doing weight watchers and in 2 weeks have already lost 9 pounds.

- You are not going to lose an inch unless you change your diet along with exercise. You will just get strong muscles under your belly. To lose inches you must lose weight.
- Maybe add to the pilates a short (15 minute) jog or 30 minute cycle every day, on the opposite end of the day. That will increase your metabolism further. Keep to you diet... doing exercise will make you feel hungry. And if you don't make it in 1 1/2 months, keep going until you do. The weight is the important part for your health and appearance, not the date. Exercise is always hard at first, but after a week or two you will find it getting easier.
