I want to lose 5 inches from my stomach..what is the fastest and most effective way?

no lipo....i mean exercise wise and how long would it normally take?

  1. Run 30-40 minutes non stop 4 times per week. Find a good pace and make sure to keep moving for the full time. Next find a low cal diet, chicken, fish, salads, and no soda, only drink water. 5 inches is alot so it may take a while but keep with it. Running (cardio) exercise is the very best way to lose weight. Hope this helps :)
