i want to lose 4 inches from my stomach please give some tips.?
tell me what i should avoid eating and what exercises i should do.approx how much time will i take to lose that much.Thanks

- 30 minutes of cardio a day...walking etc. and crunches for your tummy. Low carb diet. good luck!
- Just cut back on what you eat. Especially sweets. I lost 16 pounds this year by just deciding to eat less. I did not do much excersizing at all.
- four inches of fat is quite a lot to lose... I tried this diet and it made me lose two pounds a day.. morning: you can eat whatever you want.. or just eat about the same as you usually do.. Afternoon: ditto Evening: Don't eat any carbs after five... either have an ensure and a piece of fruit or either have a dinner thats the size of your fist... you'll lose two pounds a day for sure...
- 4 inches? I don't know how long... try avoid eating junk-food like hamburgers, tacos or french fries. you can go jogging whenever you're free. or if you wanna join a sport team to be healthy and have fun, go do soccer or swimming.
- Eat smaller portions, increase your intake of fruits and vegetables and decrease your intake of sweets, fried foods and foods containing a lot of fat. Exercise at least for 45 minutes a day.
