If I am cutting calories and doing 45 minutes of yoga a day, will I tone up and lose inches on my stomach?
Any experience with yoga?

- If you seriously are doing 45 minutes of yoga a day, and sticking to it...then yes. I flattened my tummy quiet a bit when I was on my yoga kick. It happened very fast, too....
- im not sure yoga will get you into your fatburning zone. if you break a sweat while doing, and it raises your heartrate to 90bpm it does. check if it does, if it does, stick with it! and go for it. p.s. it might help to not only cut calories, but reduce sugar and lipide instake especially substituting them with fibers and protein.
- before you cut those calories check that they are the right ones do this with your doctor. yoga if with a trained teacher is a very good way to tone up. as for the inches be careful how you do this as you may be left with excess skin around your middle. you may wish to add swimming to your work out as this will help tone your stomach more gradually allowing the skin to shrink in line with the weight loss.
