- i was about to ask the same question myself. I'm asumeing low calorie foods, high protien (meat, egg whites, etc..), and other low fat foods. A reward is always a good thing to look forward too. buy a box of low fat cookies or somthing. also sit ups/crunches will help. I do sit ups because im always afraid im doing crunches wrong. good luck with your loosing inches.
- Bicycle crunches are the best ab exercise, but really any aerobic exercise that you will actually do regularly will work. As for diet, South Beach Diet (high protien low carb low fat) seems to work the best for us.
- Exercise everyday like jogging around the block Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day Dont eat until you're full Eat fruits at night if your hungry. Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate. There are more tips and info. there's a video on success fitness too.
