- situps, crunches, etc.
- Crunches and more crunches
- In fact you can gain weight while doing it! Excercise and tone the abs. Muscle weighs more than fat.
- yes by doing sit ups and crunches
- suck in your tummy
- you ca't do
- Exercises :)
- liposuction
- I don't really understand why you would want to do this but I'll answer anyway. I think what you should do is crunches and sit ups to get abs, that way you get abs/muscles and probably not loose to much weight.
- good question! My best guess is cut your carbs and increase your activity level. The stomach is the last place to lose- unfortunately!
- You will lose weight because you will be losing fat and gaining muscle. If you gain muscle though you might gain the pounds back. Just do sit ups they are best for your stomach. Walking and running will get rid of that too.
- Get a tummy tuck
- ehh.... technically you can't loose weight in a specific area. you can do crunches to tone the muscles BENEATH the stomach fat- but to really loose inches- you need to loose fat - which you do from all parts of your body. I say "loose fat" because if you excercise- you don't necessarily "loose weight" ...you can keep your weight constant - if that is what you are worrying about- by turning fat into muscle. Since muscle is more dense than fat- if you stayed the same weight but you turned some fat into muscle- you'd look slimmer . Oh......there's always liposuction. ... 0____0
- Sit ups, crunches, or liposection (though go to you're doctor to see if he/she advices liposection)
- There is a layer of fat underneath the stomach muscle that is mainly cause by stress. Cortisol levels increase under stress and the fat is stored here. If you've seen people with a rock hard stomach that sticks out like a beer belly then this is why. If you reduce stress and cortisol levels you may decrease the size of your stomach. Also the same weight of muscle takes up less volume then the the same weight of fat. If you lose 5 lbs of fat and gain 5 lbs of muscle you will look trimmer and still weigh the same. Hope this answer helps. Take care, Lee http://newbiemarketers.com/hoodiaproduct.html
- The only way to lose fat is to lose weight. You can gain muscle, however, to replace that fat, and your weight'll be maintained. Do some light weight training.
