I need to lose inches around my stomach and hips!?

I need to slim down...my stomach really protrudes and my hips are so wide....what exercises can I be doing that will make my midsection slim down the most or fastest?

  1. cardio...do some jogging combined with walking and eat sensible meals. I'm trying to do the same thing myself and so far I've fallen off the wagon for a month but just letting you know that's what I'm trying.
