I am 15, I usedto be in really good shape, I want to lose 3 inches off my stomach by july 28th...?
I am 15, I used to be a dancer and in good shape, I gained a little of weight after I stopped for a few months. I want to lose 3 inches off my stomach in the next 3 weeks, but I dont have the resources to get to the gym. I am also staring to dacne again in the fall and want to be back into tip top shape. What should I do?

- Hiya, well 28th July is a very short date, but nothing is impossible if you have determination. Don't skip your meals thinking that it wud reduce your weight it wouldnt n it woud affect your health adversly. Try climbing the stairs & getting down & do jogging it wud help a lot. You would be loosing 2 inches in 2 weeks if you do the jogging exercise everday for 2 hours & d normal curnches. Best of luck. AK
- July 28 is too close a date to get the results you want. If I were in your situation, I would start regular exercise. I would not skip meals, as your growing body needs nutrients.
- You should then know how it is to keep in shape. 3 inches off your stomach is a lot to lose in 3 weeks. Try changing your diet. Eat more veggies, lean meat and complex carbos.
