how to lose inches in my stomach in two weeks?

well im going home and none of my clothes fit me anymore i just need a few inches off my waist fast just so i can fit in my clothes..

  2. slim fast shakes, 3 sets of 30 sit ups, work out your legs with weights or do squats. Good lluck. 2 weeks isnt that much time, but stick with the exercise and you will lose the inches.
  3. Exercise (cardio, mostly), drink lots of water, limit intake of sweets and fats, increase consumption of veggies and fruits, and don't eat anything after about 7 pm.
  4. Diet and exercise is the only way to go. Do some sort of abdominal exercise everyday(i.e. crunches), eat nothing but fruits and veggies, drink nothing but water, jog/run for at least 30 minutes every other day. Good luck!!!!
