how to lose inches in my stomach in two weeks?
well im going home and none of my clothes fit me anymore i just need a few inches off my waist fast just so i can fit in my clothes..

- dont eat
- slim fast shakes, 3 sets of 30 sit ups, work out your legs with weights or do squats. Good lluck. 2 weeks isnt that much time, but stick with the exercise and you will lose the inches.
- Exercise (cardio, mostly), drink lots of water, limit intake of sweets and fats, increase consumption of veggies and fruits, and don't eat anything after about 7 pm.
- Diet and exercise is the only way to go. Do some sort of abdominal exercise everyday(i.e. crunches), eat nothing but fruits and veggies, drink nothing but water, jog/run for at least 30 minutes every other day. Good luck!!!!
