How do you lose inches around your stomach with a bust schedule?
Im a full time college student with a job. I walk everwhere on campus and never take the bus. I've been losing weight everywhere but at my stomach. How do I solve this problem.

- I've seen a lot of my friends cut down on carbs and lose a lot of stomach weight. I was surprised at the things that are high in carbs. so maybe try watching the carb count..
- It could be what your eating foods high in refined carbs, sugar or sodium will make you look bloated. Walking is a great way to lose the weight though. Keep up with that. Maybe just watch what you eat and also when you eat it. Try not to eat carbs at night.
- This could be more a metabolism issue than an inability to lose the weight.......losing inches could be a simple matter of just working out that area with situps and crunches and the like........losing mass means finding ways to speed up you metabolism (dietary suppliments, etc) and drinking plenty of cold water, which actually causes your body to expell more "heat energy" (to warm up the water to internal body temp) and in turn helps increase your overall metabolism....... hope that helps
- ack! yea i faced that bit of annoying trouble but i ended it with sit-ups~! if you can, after walking back to your home (or do a quick warm-up) do some sit-ups. Don't push yourself on the first time, try doing 15-20 first couple days, then add 5-10 every few days. several minuted a day should help but remember its not a quick solution but more of a slow but sure one. *also if you drink alchoholic or soft drinks, try cutting back on them. and i also reccomend cutting back on carbs. doing both sit-ups and cutting back on those drinks and carbs should do the trick Good Luck^^ and hey~ you might enjoy those sit-ups i know i do
- how many calories does hooking up burn? Seems like that would be good for the abs.
