I'm 5'7", 175lbs and have a waist size of 35". I want to lose at least 5" to begin with and then improve from there. Although I'm 175lbs I fool people with my size who tends to think i'm around 140-150 lbs. My biggest concern and issue is the weight I gain goes straight to my stomach and my lower abs is the largest. What can I do to change this and lose at least half my goal in a month?
